HR round interview ka sabse aasan round hai but sabse zyada reject bhi karta hai. "Tell me about yourself" se shuru hota hai � agar ye galat bolo toh baaki sab kharab ho jaayega. Chalo scripts prepare karte hain.

WHAT

Ye sabse pehla aur sabse important question hai. 90 seconds mein apna introduction do � education, skills, project, aur why this company. Script prepare karo aur practice karo.

WHEN

HR round ka pehla question hamesha ye hota hai. Iska answer determine karta hai baaki interview ka tone. Agar ye strong hai toh confidence badhta hai.

WHERE

Har interview mein ye poochha jaata hai. Technical round mein bhi, HR round mein bhi. Script ready hona chahiye � bina soche bol sako.
