Common mistakes
- Sirf ratna, samajhna nahi: Ye answers concepts se aate hain. Base clear hai toh ratne ki zarurat nahi — khud bol paoge. Har theory ka ek example yaad rakho.
- Ek line ka answer dena: Interview mein structure chahiye: definition → points → example. Is order se bolo toh answer complete lagta hai.
- Practice na karna: Padhne se yaad hoga, bolne se aayega. Aaina ke saamne ya dost ko suna ke practice karo — Hinglish mein bhi chalega, clarity matter karti hai.
Interview se pehle ye 5 zaroor revise karo — sabse zyada poochhte hain:
1. Fayol 14 + Taylor 5 (difference wala sawaal pakka)
2. Maslow hierarchy + Herzberg factors (diagram yaad)
3. Delegation ke 3 elements + delegation vs decentralization
4. Leadership styles + apna personal style (example ke saath)
5. Communication steps + barriers (real incident sunao)
Ye 5 = 80% interview coverage- MBA (CAT/XAT/SNAP) interviews: Fayol vs Taylor + X vs Y sabse frequent.
- CUET/BBA: definitions aur steps wale direct questions — ye 50 cover kar lete hain.
- UGC-NET: theories (Maslow, Herzberg, Fiedler) + principles detail mein.
- Placements: "Tell me about management skills" — ye framework bolo.
- Trap: definitions exact wording mein poochhte hain — key terms (unity of command, hygiene) miss mat karna.
